Feedback

Unlike many other service providers in Berlin we want to encourage you to give us feedback and critics! Just write a little comment containing your remarks, questions, feedback or whatever you want to tell us. Be sure that we do our best to improve our services – but to do so we need your recommendations. And, well, of course we love positive feedback…

    Wir haben uns 3 wunderschöne Räder ausgeliehen, um damit die Stadt zu erkunden. Hat echt Spaß gemacht, weil die Räder einfach klasse waren. Ich hab mir einige Tage zuvor an anderer Stelle ein 0815-Bike ausgeliehen um 10 Euro/Tag. Kein Vergleich!! Martins Räder sind 100 mal besser und noch dazu handelt es sich um individuelle Eigenanfertigungen … und das bei einem wirklich mehr als fairen Preis von 15 Euro/Tag. Außerdem war er sehr zuvorkommend als er die 3 Räder am nächsten Tag bei strömendem Regen im Hotel Michelberger abholte.

    Dear all!
    We visited Berlin with a group of 12 people and strongly recommend to everybody to book a tour with Martin as guide ! Everyone who wants to get to know the better spots of the Kreuzberg Friedrichshain districts in Berlin and not only the most touristic sites will not regret.
    Martin is an excellent guide. We learned stories and saw things we would never have known !
    His bikes are really cool too :) as well as his advise on bars/ restaurants to go.

      I can only agree with Nele. I was part of the same group and we had an great afternoon following Martin on his tour. He’s not your typical guide and he doesn’t do a typical, historical tour of Berlin.

      Instead he takes you on a journey through the Berlin of the people. He shows you nice neighbourhoods, special places and hidden treasures, with a special emphasis on street art. A thing Berlin, as a creative and vibrant city, is known for. He shows you things and places you never would have seen if it weren’t for him. Let me add to that that he is a great person: nice and very relaxed. On top of that his bikes are beautiful and ride very well. To top it all of, he took us to a bar where we were given a free, special treat of the house :)

      In short; great guy, great tour. We recommend it big time!

    I can’t ad much to what Nele and Louwa already said (I was part of the same group of 12)
    The tour is great: not your typical I-go-to-Berlin-and-I-wanna-see-the-typical-stuff kind of tour, but more an intimate stroll through some less known, but all the more interesting areas.
    Martin, the guide, is someone who understands the art of making you feel comfortable and who, by way of telling things, succeeds in getting you warm for what he has to show you. Stand up guy!
